The super harmonious 2020 Pico Ferreira was bottled three weeks before I tasted it, and it showed superbly, with notes of violets and herbs, elegance, complexity, harmony and completeness. There is more elegance and freshness in this 2020; in fact, this is the most harmonious and expressive of the 2020s, with less stems and larger barrels, using all the white grapes and no press wine for the bottled blend. It has really paid back, and I liked it more than any other of the wines here.
